Just wanted to say thank you and we appreciate all that you do. Thank you for showing up everyday and providing for your families, for actively participating in your children’s lives. Thank you for listening and protecting them. Thank you for teaching them life lessons and giving them something different to think about.

Thank you Dad’s for supporting your children and investing in their future.

Today I wanted to do something different and give a big shout out to my Dad. We don’t see each other that often, but we enjoy speaking with each other and we always have a great time. Here are a few things that I am grateful for Dad…

• Thank you for giving me a unique name everyone butchers
• Thank you for showing me how to love unconditionally
• showing me how to change the oil in my car
• teaching me how to change my car tire
• you taught me how to defend myself and gave us street awareness
• you taught me how to fish and bait my hook
• you taught me how to drive a car
• you taught me how to have thick skin
• you raised me to be independent

Thank you for always taking us fishing when we were growing up. I love the water, but I don’t like eating fish now! I have a fond appreciation for Boxing, Kung-Fu movies, Westerns and Classic Movies.

Thank you for loving us and always making us laugh. I appreciate the tear-jerking, belly hurting laugh that I have inherited from you. I appreciate all that you are today!
