Be intentional with your time!

I entered the month with a lot of time for reflection as I was fighting off virus symptoms. I was overwhelmed and stressed about what I hadn’t completed and my long to do lists. In this time of reflection, I saw a few things I needed to change and I started thinking about my mindset.

I didn’t like the place I put myself in, I was out of focus. I had to let everything go and allow myself to rest and I had to release control. Everything would have to wait and it would still be there waiting for me when I got better.
The only difference now is that I am healthy and have healthy boundaries, more structure, and my countenance is calm and relaxed.

Keep moving and take action in order to move forward!

This past month was full of challenges - I felt lost and like I had lost my motivation. I can’t encourage others if I am feeling depleted. I took time away for reflection and to work on me.

Even when I felt like I had nothing to say, I was speaking volumes. I have more to share later.
