Tips for Parents: Healthy snacks and Hydration are key!
I was a little apprehensive at first, until we tasted the drinks. Oh my were they delicious and refreshing. My kids were fighting (not in the literal sense), but they all grabbed for a bottle at once. We ended up buying more at the store.
I wasn’t too happy with the other sports drinks on the market, simply because of the ingredients on the bottle. I often did not buy them or looked for a healthier option. There weren’t too many to choose from! That is why we were overjoyed when this opportunity came up. Thanks @Influenster!
My son works hard out there on that field and having a healthy snack and plenty of fluids has definitely helped him make it all the way to the end. The weather is a lot warmer now and the coaches expect you to do your best during drills. Sometimes you have to wait for that water break, this is why it is so important to have a snack or sports drink that will help your young athlete endure especially during their practice.
Playing sports is sometimes hard to do, but it is even harder to concentrate when you are dehydrated.
